Refund policy

We accept returns on specific conditions like manufacturing defects or transit damages only, to be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You can mail us at support@daneliving.com for confirming the acceptance and courier the products back to us, return address will be shared via e-mail. Once received the items will be quality checked for the newness. 

Returning products without requesting a return and the return label, will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will check, and get back to you with a solution.

Conditions:
•    Product should not be in damaged condition.
•    Product should not be in used condition.
•    Product should be in actual packaging.
•    Return request to be raised within 2 days of delivery.
•    Customer has to mail the product to us at their cost. 
•    If the return is due to manufacturing defect complete return and refund is borne by the company.
•    The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
•    The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
•    The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
•    Product value below Rs. 500 is not eligible for return.
•    Only product charge will be refunded in case of refund approved. Shipping and cash on delivery charges will not be refunded.
